Pelmo International exists to help people communicate with clarity and confidence — because when communication works, people work better together

How It Started

Pelmo was founded by Tanya Davis, an international educator and cross-cultural communication expert with more than 25 years of experience working with professionals around the world.

Early on, Tanya saw the same issue appear again and again: capable people struggling not because of intelligence or intent, but because communication broke down under pressure, across cultures, or within organizations.

Pelmo began by addressing this gap — and evolved as the problems became clearer.

Why Pelmo Evolved

Over time, it became clear that communication challenges were rarely isolated. Leadership behaviors, learning design, and organizational systems all played a role.

Training alone wasn’t enough. So Pelmo expanded — from delivering training to solving communication,

leadership, and learning problems at the root.

Pelmo brings decades of international experience working with organizations, leaders, and educators across industries and cultures, and is led by experienced facilitators and certified executive and NLP coaches, bringing both structure and human depth to communication, leadership, and learning challenges.
